On Sunday 23rd of April the jury, composed of Sara Casol, Patrizia Girlanda and Laura Armiraglio, of the International Textile Arts Contest named “Amore, il filo rosso che unisce“ met and elected the winners.
The jury examined and verified the technical and stylistic characteristics of the works registered to the TRADITIONAL and MODERN category in person. Through such evaluation the jury has chosen to transfer all the pieces to the latter category. The prizes destined to the TRADITIONAL category have therefore been reassigned to a single category.
Below the works worthy of a prize are announced.
First Prize

Third Prize
SE TU MI AMI AVRAI ROSE TUTTI I GIORNI
artist Luisa Rampazzo
Excellent use of colour and technique to make a poem “tactile”. The soft and three dimensional effect on the petals is very much appreciated
Prize for the most original theme through the use of non conventional materials.
